4 days adventure from Marrakech to Merzouga Sahara

Our 4 days adventure from Marrakech to Merzouga Sahara start After breakfast, our driver-guide will arrive to the communities along the route to pick you up. The first stop along the route is the well-known town of Ait Ben Haddou. 

Ait Ben Haddou is a berber fortified Kasbah where a number of well-known films, including Lawrence Darabie (1962), Bandits (1981), Gladiator (2000), Alexandre (2004), and Kingdom Of Heaven (2005), to mention a few, were shot.

Prior to going to the Hollywood of Africa to see the studio of Ouarzazate and the Kasbah of Taourirte, you will explore the lovely Dades Valley, where you will have a little view of Kasbahs, before arriving at our hotel.

After breakfast, we will depart the Dades valley and continue our journey to the Sahara desert. We will enjoy a panoramic view of the greatest valley of palm palms in Morocco as we drive through the steep, picturesque canyons along our route.

During the middle of the day, we will stop at one of the local eateries for lunch. Merzouga's huge Sahara desert is reached along a path lined with palms. In Merzouga, we will spend the night in the desert and prepare for a camel ride to Berber tents hidden among the dunes and offering a breathtaking vista. Then, upon arrival at the camp, you will take a shower in the Berber tent where you will spend the night.

so that you may stroll barefoot on the smooth sand and independently explore the area. Dinner will be a wonderful Berber dish freshly made. We'll end the night by performing Berber music on drums and dancing beneath the sky (dinner and breakfast). The next day will be quite busy, so you will need to relax.

We will awaken early to see the dawn, take photographs, and have breakfast. We will then ride camels back to the hotel, take a shower, and depart for Bomalne Dades through Rissani (the date capital), Alnif hamlet, Tazarine tower, Nekoub's Kasbahs, and the Draa valley.

Then, we will continue our journey to Ouarzazate through the Anti Atlas Mountains, where we will see Kasbah Taourirte and Studio, before returning to your accommodation for supper and breakfast.

Then you traverse the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi Ntichka Valley to your next destination in Marrakech, where our four-day journey concludes.
