3 days excursion from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert are one of our most popular vacation itineraries. Typically, our spectacular vacation will begin in Marrakech, one of the most renowned and populous towns in Morocco, and then go to the desert for exploration.
On the way, though, we will pass by a number of breathtaking sights that are certain to wow you. Ait Benhaddou’s Kasbahs, the fortified settlement. In addition to, are one of the important areas we will investigate. Moreover, we will visit Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate.
Dades Valley and Todra gorge will be visited. We will spend the night in a Merzouga Desert camp. We will enjoy riding camels to the Berber tent to spend a memorable night under a starry sky. Finally, after spending the night in the desert, we will return to Marrakech via Rissani and nekoub, where the excursion concludes.

Our 3 days excursion from marrakech to merzouga will begin in Marrakech. After breakfast, our driver-guide will arrive to the communities along the route to pick you up. The first stop along the route is the well-known town of Ait Ben Haddou.
Ait Ben Haddou is a berber fortified Kasbah where a number of well-known films, including Lawrence Darabie (1962), Bandits (1981), Gladiator (2000), Alexandre (2004), and Kingdom Of Heaven (2005), to mention a few, were shot.
Prior to going to the Hollywood of Africa to see the studio of Ouarzazate and the Kasbah of Taourirte, you will explore the lovely Dades Valley, where you will have a little view of Kasbahs, before arriving at our hotel.
After breakfast, we will depart the Dades valley and continue our journey to the Sahara desert. We will enjoy a panoramic view of the greatest valley of palm palms in Morocco as we drive through the steep, picturesque canyons along our route.
During the middle of the day, we will stop at one of the local eateries for lunch. Merzouga's huge Sahara desert is reached along a path lined with palms. In Merzouga, we will spend the night in the desert and prepare for a camel ride to Berber tents hidden among the dunes and offering a breathtaking vista.
then You will take a shower in a cozy Berber tent where you will spend the night upon arrival at the camp. so that you may stroll barefoot on the smooth sand and independently explore the area. Dinner will be a wonderful Berber dish freshly made.
We'll end the night by performing Berber music on drums and dancing beneath the sky (dinner and breakfast). The next day will be quite busy, so you will need to relax.
We will awaken early to see the dawn, take photographs, and have breakfast. We will then ride camels back to the hotel, take a shower, and depart for Bomalne Dades through Rissani (the date capital), Alnif hamlet, Tazarine tower, Nekoub's Kasbahs, and the Draa valley.
Then continue our journey to Ouarzazate via the Anti Atlas Mountains for a visit to Kasbah Taourirte and Studio, to the famous village (Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou) where a number of films were shot, including Lawrence Darabie (1962), Bandits, Bandits (1981), Gladiator (2000), Alexandre (2004), Kingdom of Heaven (2005), etc.
Then you traverse the High Atlas Mountains Tizi Ntichka Valley to your next destination in Marrakech city where our 3 days to come to an end
